Refunds for Unavailable Items

If the brand confirms that the requested item is not available, OshaBrands will issue a full refund immediately. This is the only case where refunds are accepted, as all items are sourced upon customer request.

استرجاع المبلغ في حال عدم توفر المنتج

في حال أكدت الماركة أن المنتج غير متوفر، تقوم OshaBrands بعمل استرجاع كامل للمبلغ فورًا.
وهذه هي الحالة الوحيدة التي يتم فيها الاسترجاع، لأن جميع المنتجات تُشترى خصيصًا حسب طلب العميل.
